ABOUT UTILITY BILLS

Water and Sewer Utility Bills are sent out monthly, usually the first week of the month.  Payments may be mailed to:

                        Cambridge Municipal Water and Sewer

                        P.O. Box 99

                        Cambridge, WI  53523

Payments may be paid in person at the Village office, located at 200 Spring Street, during regular office hours, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Tuesday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., and Friday 7:30 - 1:00 p.m.  For your convenience an outdoor payment drop-off box has been installed at our office on the upper level just outside the library.  You may use this box to drop off utility bill payments at any time.  The box is checked regularly on weekdays.  It is helpful to enclose payments in an envelope, indicating the type of payments.

If you bank at Cambridge State Bank and utilize their on-line bill paying, you can pay your bill directly from your account to the Water & Sewer Department.  The Cambridge State Bank provides a Cambridge Water & Sewer drop down within their on-line bill paying.  If you use this option, please include your account number and remember that it may take a full day before it appears in our account.

If you would want to pay your bill with a credit card, you may contact Official Payments services to arrange payment.  Use the link below.  There is a $4.95 fee per transaction with a limit of $200 per transaction.

Accepted credit cards are Mastercard,  American Express and Discover.

Lastly, utility bills may be dropped off at both Badger Bank and Cambridge State Bank.  We regularly check the banks for payments.
